You may apply for funding
We are currently seeking funds to support participants who need to bring down travel costs to be able to attend the congress. This possibility will be limited, and you will have to send in an application to the congress secretariat and give your reasons to seek funding. Please include a budget of your expenses.

Please, observe the following criteria for applying for funding through the travel fund:

• The travel fund will cover the registration fee.
• The travel fund will cover cost of the flight ticket up to DKK 7000 or 80% of the cost of the ticket, whatever comes first.
• The travel fund will not cover expenses for visa, daily subsidy allowances, hotel or the like. In this regard, please be aware that it is possible to apply for private accommodation.
• The travel fund is exclusively available for people from Africa, Asia, Latin America and Palestine. 

Applicants, who have been successful in their application for travel funds, will have to buy the ticket themselves, but will be reimbursed during the first day at the congress.
